About Us

Mr. Briggs is an Arizona native who attended local elementary and high schools in Phoenix.  He graduated Brigham Young University in 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in History.  He then attended the Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi where he graduated in 1995 with his juris doctor degree.

Mr. Briggs' law practice has emphasized the litigation of civil matters including tort and contract disputes, commercial litigation, professional liability, health care, and personal injury litigation.  He also has authored and argued several successful appeals both in the Arizona appellate courts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Briggs is admitted to practice law in all Arizona state courts, in the Federal District Court of Arizona, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He previously practiced as a Shareholder at an 170 lawyer regional law firm.

Mr. Briggs has been a member of several law advocacy groups including the American Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Arizona Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Briggs is married and has four children and is active in his church, sports of all kinds, and Scouting activities. He is an Eagle Scout.
